About
Nature, photography, watercolour, but writing too, are all fascinating to me.
Simple Nature has always been a source of inspiration, of creativity. It always encouraged me to develop my senses for painting, photography, writing. It resulted in a deep desire to crystallize my feelings on various supports, sometimes canvases, sometimes photographs or even on pages of writing and, very recently, by means of digital watercolor. These experiences have always reinforced me to remain humble and full of respect for what I will always plead to be "our paradise on earth" in which every living being has the inherent right and duty to live in peaceful harmony.
Our Nature is so unique and such an inspiring model, inviting for endless creativity. Lights, shadows, colors, seasons, elements, materials, always play the renewal for our eyes constantly amazed by these symphonic and colorful notes of which nature holds all the secrets. Through photography, painting, through our sensitivities, through respect for it and the way we look at it, we are allowed to even further magnify our extraordinary nature.
In recent decades, photographic technologies have improved admirably. Image capture devices as well as post-production or editing software have never been as efficient as they are today. Together, they bring us ease and freedom to come even closer and closer to what we want to express through our images that we capture, we edit, we share more and more. These digital technologies are so sharp nowadays allowing us to perceive what our human eye, by its natural faculties, never has been able to detect. Our images treated in that manner, are then telling the story of a moment, going so far as to reveal some facets of our personality and our relationship to what surrounds us and fascinates us.
May our Nature be preserved, beautiful and pleasant to live in for all beings and all generations to come, such is my most sincere claim. May I add the hope that my posts, often treated in the mood of "impressionist" atmospheres, will invite to increase respect and love to bring to our only, unique, magnificent and fragile planet lost within the immensity of a universe to us still so mysterious.
Many thanks for your visit.
